Senda Verde Rewilding

Welcome

Rewilding the Bolivian Amazon – Restoring Nature’s Balance

At Senda Verde Rewilding, we are restoring 202 hectares of Amazon rainforest near Madidi National Park, one of Earth’s most biodiverse regions. Through our Passiflora Sanctuary, we protect endangered species, revive ecosystems, and combat climate change using science-driven rewilding.

Protecting and Restoring the Bolivian Amazon Rainforest

We are on a mission to protect and rewild the Bolivian Amazon rainforest and its natural ecosystems.

By restoring nature through rewilding principles, we aim to address the pressing climate and biodiversity crises.

What Rewilding Means for Bolivia and the Amazon

Rewilding is a bold movement to let nature reclaim its rhythm and power. It restores ecosystems by giving life the space to flourish—protecting and, if necessary, reintroducing native species, reviving natural processes, and reducing human interference. In the heart of Bolivia and the Amazon, rewilding means healing the land, bringing back balance, and creating vibrant, self-sustaining habitats where wildlife and people can thrive together once again.

Passiflora Sanctuary

Healing the Amazon and Building a Greener Future

Senda Verde is dedicated to creating a brighter future by rewilding and protecting 202 hectares (500 acres) of rainforest, called “Passiflora.” Located in the Amazon, this sanctuary is a vital part of a biodiversity corridor next to Madidi National Park. Our efforts aim to restore wildlife populations not only in Passiflora but also in surrounding areas.

Our initiative is a story of hope in the fight against climate change and ecosystem degradation. With unwavering determination, we work to restore nature’s balance and inspire a collective passion for conservation. By acquiring more land in the Amazon Rainforest, we protect vast areas of biodiversity, ensuring these treasures are preserved for future generations.

We invite you to join us in this noble endeavor to protect and preserve our planet. Invest in our planet’s future and be part of the mission to rewild the Bolivian Amazon.

Buying Amazonian rainforest land can save endangered species

"Together we can preserve the majestic Amazonian biodiversity. We can restore forests, foster habitat for biodiversity, and make a lasting social impact."

Habitat degradation stands out as the most daunting threat, making land preservation and restoration imperative. Every saved hectare is crucial in this endeavor. By establishing protected reserves, destroyed forests and ecosystems can rejuvenate, providing wildlife with the chance to rebound. Notably, Senda Verde has pioneered direct land protection and rewilding efforts in one of the world’s most biologically treasured region, leading successful restoration initiatives.
